The Sushiato in Plantation was wonderful! From the food, service and the dining experience. Miriam, our server, was very pleasant to speak with and took very good care of us! The food was amazing!!! Their take on Asian/Latino fusion on the sushi rolls are some of the best flavors to combine with! We will be back for sure!

Sushiato Plantation is hands-down the best sushi I’ve had in South Florida! If you’re looking for something beyond the typical rainbow roll, this place is a must-try. It’s a brilliant fusion of Japanese technique with bold Latin flavors, resulting in an unforgettable explosion of taste in every bite. Each dish is crafted with creativity and care, from the use of plantains, guava, and fresh lime to standout rolls like the Rebellion, Ohana, Crazy Ebi, Acevichado. Every time my husband and I go, we discover something new that blows us away. I’m officially a fan! The service is great, and the owner is very attentive. If you love sushi and are open to vibrant, flavorful combinations, or if you’re craving something next-level, Sushiato is a must!

5 stars for a great happy hour. We got drinks and appetizers , rolls and Thai donuts. Food came out perfectly spaced so we could enjoy Friday night without being rushed. The space is clean , staff friendly and food on point. I will be returning.

We had an amazing experience at the Sushiato location in Plantation. Our server, Miriam, was absolutely wonderful — friendly, super efficient, and knew every dish on the menu, giving us great recommendations. The place is small but modern inside, with plenty of parking available. We enjoyed some Kirin Light beers served in perfectly chilled glasses, along with Pork Belly Bao, Tartar Temptation, and the Sushiato Salad to start. For our main rolls, we had the Volcano Roll, Acevichado, and Crazy Ebi Roll, and everything was delicious. Super fresh and the mix of different spices that make for the fusion make their dishes unique and truly exquisite. We finished with their donuts for dessert, which were the perfect ending. Great ambiance, good music, and amazing food — 100% recommended!

I was extremely surprised with the quality and freshness of the sushi at Sushiato it’s rare to find a spot this good! They also have a great happy hour from 3–7 with an $8 sample platter that was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the waitress recommended the sake mojito… omg, I was in love. As someone who loves sushi and finds it hard to come across places that are truly fresh and worth it, this has definitely become my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

100% Recommended Everything was excellent! We ordered sushi pizza, and three rolls, all absolutely delicious. We loved everything and will definitely be coming back. Miriam took care of us, and we were very pleased with her attention and service.

A cute cozy restaurant with a lovely nook that allowed me to do remote work! They have the best happy hour for sushi in the area that really gives you great value. The classic shrimp tempura tool was delicious and the Asian mojito was refreshing! Will be back again, thanks for the great service :)

Absolutely wonderful place! We are were here first time and choose few sushi and all of them I want to order again I also like Kaizo Soup - it is like miso but better. Recommend and definitely I return
